Vita Audio R1 DAB/Fm Radio Red High Gloss Lacquer. The softly rounded corners add style and make the unit look and feel beautifully tactile while the stylish and easy to use 'RotoDial' user interface makes the R1 beautifully simple to operate. Broadcast information and set-up is shown through a clear black on white LCD display. When in standby the display is softly lit so it can easily be used as a bedside alarm radio. The sound quality is remarkable and the conveniently placed headphone socket and input socket make it easy to connect an MP3 player or audio device. Another unique feature is the R1's power supply - a modern and compact switch mode for improved performance and a constant 12v DC supply with AC voltages ranging from 100-240v. On the rear panel there is a pair of high quality gold plated phono outputs so the R1 can be used as a DAB/FM tuner in an audio system. The cabinet is manufactured from quality fibreboard (a material renowned for its excellent acoustic properties) clad in a choice of walnut veneer or high gloss lacquer (white or red).
